Brian Bone, MS is a user-centered design expert specializing in research, design, and user testing of user interfaces on medical devices and other high performance products. He holds a master’s degree in Biomechanics from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada and is board certified as a Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP). Mr. Bone has over 30 years of experience applying human factors principles to help companies research, imagine, and test hardware and software user interfaces. He creates individualized approaches for each product, employing a variety of research methodologies and testing in real or simulated environments to understand user needs, habits, and behaviors. He helps clients understand task execution and inefficiencies, allowing them to uncover and correct usability issues or to benchmark and identify performance gaps before a product reaches market.
